This is an independent educational website focused on sharing the rich and extensive history of Hampton Court Palace. Our aim is to provide those interested in the many aspects of the palace's past — ranging from Cardinal Wolsey's ambitious Renaissance vision through to Henry VIII's Tudor glory and William and Mary's Baroque extravagance — the opportunity to engage in a deeper exploration of each era of the palace's history.
