Based on previous years, the festival has run over the August bank holiday weekend with 150+ independent food and drink producers trading across the gardens, world street food kitchens alongside British classics, pop-up bars and artisan stalls. Past editions have also included a live cooking demonstration stage with drop-in sessions, plus family activities such as face painting, arts and crafts, fete games and live music. In earlier years festival entry has been included in palace admission. None of this is confirmed for 2027.

The palace address is Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 9AU. Hampton Court railway station is directly across Hampton Court Bridge from the palace gates, with direct services from London Waterloo.
